I don't know if I am down in luck today or what, but what happened in the morning was just atrocious and…OMG!I was a little late for school today, for I was too sleepy to wake up in time due to the rush of assignment yesterday till very late night, and the stupid slippers I wore to school is just too
SLIPPERY for such a wet drizzling day!
I almost slipped and fell a dozen times while walking from my house to the bus stop which normally take 10mins walking time! Many passers-by along the way has saw my clumsy walk and I already thought I’m having a bad day today.
When I was about to reach the bus stop,
my bus has just left, but just as I thought I have to wait an extra 10 minutes or so
(as I normally board the bus within a minute’s time upon reaching the bus stop) another bus has come. So I thought oh well perhaps it wasn’t such a bad day after all~
However to my
horror, boarding that bus wasn’t at all a good luck or fortune it’s almost an
nightmare on bus as if I’ve just sleep walked and not yet awaken from my dream. It was an over crowded morning bus when everyone is rushing off to work or school. Everyone around smells of sweat and everything~mildly, which I thought was bad enough (little did I found out that I was wrong just moments later). I was standing in front of an about 40 year old lady who practically stepped on my bare toes every few minutes and as I gave her a “不爽” look on my face, I saw her kept murmuring something like a curse or what. So I decided I shall move on further back into the bus which was
utterly wrong!
Now I’m standing in front of a fine lady who weirdly sits only ¼, at the edge of the whole seat. I didn’t give much thought as I’m overwhelmed by what seemed like a 50 year’s un-brushed teeth giving out a bad breath!

But as the old man presses the alighting bell, the lady immediately stood up and gave way to the old man euphorically! The old man stands up, intending to move out from his seat, only till then that
I understand way is that lady acting so weird. I found out the, what seemed like the
50 year’s un-brushed teeth smell coming out from that old man! In fact, it doesn’t smelled like 50 year’s un-brushed teeth, when he is just ¼ metre beside me I can swear what I smelt was a
UNRINE + FAECES
= EXTREME PUNGENT + PUNGENT + PUNGENT.
Just by using one word pungent is simply not enough! It was worst then a cigarette smoke, a baby’s nappy, garbage truck, or an unwashed toilet in the market. For at least all those smells are still bearable. In that enclosed bus full of crowded passengers and that old man standing almost just besides you, I felt like puking on the spot! I had to hold my breath quite a few couples of times which is not very effectively coz I couldn’t even take a deep long nice breathe my tears almost flow out of my eyes at that time and cold sweat has been ‘flowing’ out of my body! I could see the faces of everyone around him feeling disgusted and frowns many even coughed a few times and I know many are holding breaths. And at that time, all I could do was to struggle myself to squeeze in between the two ladies behind me, back facing the old man!
I’m so disgusted by the chocking pungent it make me feel sick throughout the 45mins MRT ride and first few minutes in school. I even got scratched by the school circular gate while entering the school! Till now the pungent is still roaming in my brain, and with the thought of it I just feel like puking!
Ok perhaps that old man has got some controlling problem with whatever, but at least since he knows he has such symptoms should do something about it like wearing a diapers or changing his pants and bathe more often or something. There is definitely a way or means to prevent himself from stinking right! At least he should be more considerate himself towards everyone around him, instead of making everyone around him feeling ill.
Which brought me back to the lady sitting besides him. She is seriously weird. If I were her, I would have just stand up and move away from the seat immediately! I wonder how many stops has she bear with the pungent and how she managed it!
